Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Develop proper framework for team project & be responsible to manage project progress
- Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
- Coordinate with all stakeholders in task assignment & follow up with the deliveries
- Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
- Manage to collect report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
- Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources
- Data Analytics
- Take over of daily volume analysis for the team, on individual and team level
- Monitor market intel for organic volume: price comparison, volume trends in platforms
- Coordinate with Sales planning team on PnL analysis for repricing matters
- Coordinate with weekly/monthly business review
Requirements
- 6 months - 1 years with project management experience/ Freshers are also welcome
- Experience in working at tech or related field is an advantages
- Good knowledge of cross border selling is a strong plus
- Logical thinking & ability to structure information
- Patient & Excellent communication skill
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skill
- Excellent verbal & written english skills
