Job Description

Join our team as a Project Architect specializing in K-14 education projects. We're seeking motivated individuals with 8 - 12 years of experience who thrive on challenges and excel in communication. As a successful candidate, you'll be involved in all project phases, collaborating with design team, consultants, contractors, and clients. You'll contribute to brainstorming sessions, produce construction documents, and see your ideas implemented. Role accountabilities:

• Comfortable working as a Project Architect
• Initiates, coordinates, and manages the documentation process in Revit &/or CAD for K-14projects
• Ensures the technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable codes and standards
• Perform analytical tasks
• Initiates and manages documentation standards
• Collaborates with the design team to develop constructible solutions
• Collaborates and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 10+ years of Architecture Experience
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Architect for K-14 education work 
• Experience on agency reviews such as DSA, local jurisdictions, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in REVIT, Enscape
• Licensed Architect preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-starter
