What you will be responsible for:

• The Project Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of various operational initiatives. 
• This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

How you will stand out:

Project Coordination and Support:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple operational projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and assist in preparing status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth project execution, meeting deadlines, and resolving any potential roadblocks.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.
• Assist in the identification of project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data related to operational performance and project progress, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the Operations Director.
  
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  

• Help document processes, best practices, and lessons learned from completed projects to foster continuous improvement.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  
• Support in the coordination of project meetings, capturing action items, and following up on tasks to ensure accountability.
  
• Serve as a point of contact for project teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
  

Project Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all project-related documentation is properly organized, stored, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, project management best practices, and external regulatory requirements.
  

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively across functions.
  
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle competing priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Familiarity with operational workflows and processes, particularly in technology, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
