Your Role
As a Project Administrator at Gensler, you will support project teams with your strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure smooth project delivery. You'll work alongside project coordinators and managers on cutting-edge architectural and interior design projects.
What You Will Do
- Assist with project setup and documentation management
- Support the coordination of project schedules and timelines
- Help maintain project budgets and financial tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Assist with contract administration and document control
- Support in the personal approval form preparation
- Maintain project files and documentation systems
Your Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in architecture, construction, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Basic understanding of construction and design terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
