Cushman & Wakefield have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Programme Coordinator to join our expanding EMEA Global Occupier Services team.
We are looking for this person to be responsible in coordinating the delivery of EMEA wide commercial projects, working with a client focused Programme Management team.
You will maintain robust systems and processes to deliver the client’s project plans annually, utilising internal systems and processes specified by the Scope of Works agreed. In addition, you will support the development of scope definition and set up each project with the local delivery team, identifying and agreeing outcomes, milestones and reporting.
Other main duties to include:
- Lead and participate in regular working groups and project meetings.
- Prepare regular reports on the programme including assessments of success and risks.
- Be part of the coordination of all the team members to ensure delivery of workstreams or projects on-time and within budget.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the programme of works ensuring the plan is professionally run and delivered.
Person Specification
- Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and agencies.
- The ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize intermediate excel features for regular reporting.
- Ability to work constructively with a wide range of technical and professional people.
- Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
