Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage a large Space Command & Control Ground program.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers, Software Developers and operators
- Lead a 100M+ Space and Ground Integration program
- Lead a Full-scope solution delivery (i.e. not government support contractor)
- Manage cost, schedule, and risk performance and provide monthly program status
- Work closely with both customer and Parsons senior leaders
- Ensure Program collaboration with stakeholders and space vehicle vendors
- Provide strategic support for corporate space-based growth opportunities
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors in a STEM degree with 15+ years of experience in space and/or national security programs
- 10+ years of program management experience
- Experience with software development management in multi-level security environment
- Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients in multiple locations
- Active TS/SCI clearance at minimum
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience with system of systems engineering and integration
- Experience/knowledge working with USAF, Space Force, or IC space programs
