WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established guidelines. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply agile methodologies, and drive effective results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the HR 5.0 program by ensuring transparency and providing regular reporting.
- Maintain project schedules, coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams, and hold team members accountable for task completion.
- Apply Kraft Heinz's Agile project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project risks and implications (financial and technical), along with recommended mitigation tactics.
- Identify solutions and lead the resolution of conflicts and obstacles in a timely and effective manner.
- Gather and analyze relevant information to form conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
- Support the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value during each sprint.
- Facilitate and manage agile/scrum activities, including daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives, KPIs, and dependencies.
- Organize, prepare, and facilitate planning sessions and sprint estimations.
- Manage agile dashboards and coordinate the delivery of agile artifacts, including business value and OKRs.
- Promote efficiency and ensure the application of agile best practices within the team.
- Facilitate obstacle removal and ensure consensus on solutions within the team.
- Support the team's continuous improvement and enable self-management.
WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects successfully for 4+ years, preferably in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and hands-on experience in delivering outcomes using agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Lean Startup.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
- Proficient in facilitating team collaboration and ensuring productive discussions and decision-making.
- Proven ability to empower teams, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated high responsiveness in addressing and removing team obstacles.
- Track record of enabling teams to consistently deliver value and meet goals.
- Ability to plan, organize, and rapidly adapt plans in response to changing requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
- Willingness to continuously learn about the product and adjust agile practices to the team's specific needs.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
