JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - Monday - Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for executing various production tasks while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to our manufacturing operations.
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform assembly and fabrication tasks using various hand tools and power equipment
- Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
- Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
- Support material handling operations including loading, unloading, and proper storage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities
- Assist in basic equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Participate in cross-training initiatives to support various workstations
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power equipment
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic instructions
- Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and decimals
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with tape measure reading preferred
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
