The Position
Successful candidate can be based in Slovakia or the Czech Republic or Poland.
Regular business travel (once a month with 3-5 working days stay) to Warsaw, Poland is required.
This role is based in the Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC), which is dedicated to providing excellence while helping laboratory personnel using our products. We operate with a holistic approach, which means that we take care of our product portfolio from the idea through development and market launch to phase-out. The outstanding variety of technologies applied in this area offers you great learning opportunities.
RCSC is located in Warsaw and are looking to welcome to their team a Product Specialist who will deliver excellent customer support to our clients and our team.
Career Opportunities and Challenges

Ensure that Customer Support in the EMEA RCSC delivers the required service offering to both the local market and designated partner countries

Responsible for application / hardware and / or software of in-vitro diagnostic systems

Handling of customer and employee inquiries and complaints via phone, online support or in written and any digital form

Help laboratory personnel on daily and complex issues - identifying and troubleshooting of complex issues, solving them and escalating to the next level of specialism

Conducting customer and employee training

Proper documentation of work in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), report and document activities, inquiries, complaints in respective reporting tools

On-site service activities - supporting field-based application and technical support and sales personnel (this will be treated as a business trip)
Who You Are
-
University degree in electronics, mechatronics, IT, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or other Natural Sciences field

Czech and/or Slovak language fluency is a must and English language at advance level (able to communicate in English that is necessary for abroad trainings/ documentation processing and team collaboration)

Experience with diagnostics instruments is an ADVANTAGE

Previous work experience at a laboratory and/or understanding of In-vitro diagnostics market is highly desired

Knowledge of specialty testing is an ADVANTAGE

Experienced with providing an excellent service to customers, demonstrating strong listening and communication skills when engaging with people

Demonstrated work experience in a similar role

Experience with digital innovations in healthcare is a plus

Salary starts from 1800 EUR gross/month. Final salary will depend on the level of skills, experience and qualifications.
