Job: Product Owner - Diamond Omnichannel Data Hub

Reporting directly to Country Data Foundation Product Line Leader, this role will be the Product Owner for the Omnichannel Data Hub solution, ultimately accountable and responsible to ensure the product delivers business value in every release. As the Product Owner, you are responsible for the Product Strategy, User Stories/Requirements, prioritization and ensuring quality control. Using both your business process and technical expertise, you will oversee the development of this data warehouse & analytics product, to ensure it exceeds our client needs and delivers on the Digital Strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
- Owns the Why, What and When of the product: responsible for the product vision and roadmap in alignment with broader organization goals.
- Connects business and tech worlds to create and deliver an omnichannel product for a 360 view of our commercial customer and consumer data.
- Lead the ODH team, maintain product and team health.
- Owns the prioritization of requirements and their continuous refinement, as well as defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Negotiates Yes/No with the business and with the delivery team; empowered to make decisions related to product features, backlog prioritization, release planning.
- Ensures good practices in architecture and that the product meets applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.
- Lead business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics.
About you:

Minimum of 7 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, digital marketing or related field
- Requires deep knowledge of Commercial Omnichannel data, processes and best practices (in Pharma/Vaccines or similar environment preferred) – including Digital Customer and Consumer strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams: clarifying requirements, problem-solving, resolving conflicts, defining strategy and driving process improvements.
- Experience with Data Warehousing & Analytics, with the ability to connect tech and business worlds.
