Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our product features, collaborating with various teams to ensure the effectiveness and success of the Hyper platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, articulate, and execute the product vision and strategy for Hyper.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate user needs into innovative product features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and feature development.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhancement of the platform.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and identify areas for growth.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the product team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and a passion for innovation in the tech industry.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform product strategy.
- Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools.
