Take ownership and drive the success of our Zone Enclosures (PanZone) and Surface Raceways product lines! As an Associate Product Manager, you'll shape strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance customer satisfaction. With support from the Group Product Manager, you'll tackle application challenges, sales support, pricing, and quality—ensuring our products thrive in the market.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Drive global product strategy and collaborate with marketing to successfully launch new products.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Technical & Application Expertise: Provide product and application support, including training and collateral for sales teams.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, including market sizing, value propositions, and pricing.
  • Sales & Operations Planning: Lead pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and cost input for manufacturing.
  • Customer Needs: Assist in identifying and addressing customer needs and inquiries.
  • Team Support: Assist Product Management Assistant with select tasks.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience; previous product management assistant experience a plus.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills a plus.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
