We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager and Business Development professional to join our team and lead the Chiplet portfolio. This role is critical in driving the strategy, development, and market success of our Chiplet products.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the Chiplet portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the Chiplet market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand the Chiplet portfolio's market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the product development team, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive growth.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management and business development within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of Chiplet technology and its applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Proficiency in semiconductor design and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Chiplet integration and packaging technologies.
  • Knowledge of high-speed connectivity solutions and protocols.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of system-level architecture and design.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and specifications.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
  • Expertise in compute chiplet technology and its integration.
  • Knowledge of ARM CSS (Compute Subsystem) and CSA (Compute System Architecture).
