In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you are responsible for the creation and management of groundbreaking product strategies within the Tax Innovation sector. As a Director you set the strategic direction, oversee multiple projects, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build products that benefit our consultants and clients, manage product roadmaps, and drive business growth while fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

The salary range for this position is: $140,900 - $434,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
