The Product Enablement Manager is responsible for ensuring customer-facing teams are fully equipped to sell and support consumer lending products. This role focuses on documenting and improving product processes, product security controls, and process alignment to drive successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
--DOES--
Product & Security Operations
1. Proactive monitoring & gap analysis across internal and external processes involving consumer lending.
2. Monitoring of fraud incidents involving lending products such as account takeovers, and ensure both proactive and reactive measures are in-place in collaboration with the products team.
3. Own the process of onboarding/offboarding of merchants in lending products in collaboration with sales
Product Launch Readiness
Collaborate with products, marketing, & sales to ensure new features/products will have a customer experience upon launching.
Product Documentation
Establish and maintain the product documentation of different lending products including customer experience, ops handling, and negative scenarios.
Compliance Champion
Be the compliance champion of consumer lending through collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Legal.

1. Product and Merchant Risk dashboard showing risk performance of different products & merchants
2. Policies & Procedures Manuals (PPMs) for existing and new processes involving consumer lending products.
3. Robust Enablement Materials such as product guides, sales training presentations, BCPs, and RCSAs.
4. Process efficiencies - well documented process improvements that optimizes time, cost, and resources of consumer lending products.
