We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Product Enablement Manager, reporting to Senior Manager Value Proposition – Business Products.

A bit about your role

The Product Enablement Manager ensures NBN's partner and internal channels are equipped with the necessary product knowledge to effectively launch and sell NBN business and enterprise products, maintaining consistency across all customer segments and access types. Reporting to Senior Manager Value Proposition – Business Products, the role involves supporting end-to-end Go-to-Market initiatives, RSP readiness, and internal stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include creating and improving training materials, supporting RSP Account teams, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing for demand generation activities. The role also ensures the readiness of various NBN channels, including Sales teams and digital sales channels.

A bit about you

This role requires the candidate to have strong experience leading cross-functional or virtual teams in a demanding go-to-market environment, with core understanding and significant experience working with CX, Product Marketing, Operations, Sales and Marketing. Key skills include stakeholder engagement, negotiating, and influencing senior management.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to produce high-quality papers and PowerPoint design presentations. The candidate should also excel in planning, organizing, and translating technical information into clear messages for various audiences.
