Product Designer

Ready to Be a Titan?
As a Product Designer at ServiceTitan, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences across multiple products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design solutions that elevate the customer experience and drive business success.

What You’ll Work On:
You’ll contribute to key initiatives that empower customers through seamless design, including:

• Document Template Engine – A centralized hub for customers to create and manage templates for invoices, statements, estimates, proposals, contracts, forms, and more.
• Identity and User Management – Enhancing authentication, access control, and data security by integrating identity providers, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
• Organizational Modeling – Building scalable solutions to support large customers with multiple locations, brands, and trades, improving workflows and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals.
• Maintain design consistency and champion accessibility best practices.
• Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A customer-first mindset—you’re passionate about understanding user needs and delivering impactful solutions.
• Ownership mentality—you take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Adaptability—you thrive in solving complex problems and iterating quickly.
• Experience designing for SaaS products and familiarity with design systems.
• Background in document/graphic creation applications is a huge plus.
• A growth mindset—you’re always looking to learn, improve, and elevate your craft.
• You are ready to work with flexible hours across USA and Armenia time zones.
