Description

This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days working in the London office

Zoopla is one of the UK’s most instantly recognisable property brands. In fact, we’re known and loved by over 91% of the nation (and we’re working hard on the other 9%). Our mission is to help the nation make better home decisions - by connecting everyone to their home and giving them personalised insights to help with moving, managing or financing. Over 50 million people visit Zoopla every month to access exclusive data and information on every UK property, search over 500,000 homes for sale and rent, find the best agents and secure the latest mortgage deals.

We’re a growing, dynamic team that embraces innovation and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries. We’re only just starting our journey to redefine the digital property landscape, with much more to explore and achieve. Join us, and transform the way the nation makes home decisions.

Product Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Product Designer to drive design in one of our cross-functional product teams.  Whether it’s an explorer team discovering new markets to drive growth, or a core team building and monetising value propositions, every team at Houseful is committed to supporting renters and buyers find their next home.

As a Product Designer at Zoopla, you are at the forefront of shaping the future of our product. You bring a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and user empathy to your work. Your journey in design is marked by a deep understanding of how design impacts both users and the business. You’re a problem-solver, a storyteller, and an advocate for the user.  Your designs not only look great but are backed by data-driven decisions and a thorough understanding of user needs.

You’re a doer who goes with the flow but knows when to push for better. You’ve got a bias toward action and problem solving and you get business commercials. You understand great experiences + commercial strategy make a great product. You’re resilient, comfortable with uncertainty, and able to adapt to changing circumstances without missing a beat.

Your toolkit is filled with an array of design methodologies and practices, and you're always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges. After all, great design is a balance between art and science, and you apply this philosophy to every aspect of your work.

There’s always room to grow and learn with our roles so please don’t be put off if you don’t have all of these skills and experiences. It’s more important that you’re passionate about our mission to improve the home moving and owning experience for everyone.
