As a Producer, you will oversee day-to-day project operations, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain client relationships. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to project scoping alongside senior staff.

As a Producer, you will manage day-to-day operations on projects, with oversight from more senior producers or the Director of Production. You’ll play a key role in planning, leading teams, and ensuring seamless execution across definition/discovery, design, and technical workstreams. You’ll work closely with experience design, product strategy, product management, and engineering (US based and offshore) teams to hone your project management and client engagement skills.

  • Delivery: Manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring all timelines and budgets are met.
  • Client Service: Serve as a day-to-day client contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Project Management: Organize and manage projects and client work, ensure the team is on track throughout engagements.
  • Business Acumen: Contribute meaningfully to SOW development and project scoping alongside senior team members.

  • Passion for managing and delivering creative and technical solutions, with a particular emphasis on product development.
  • A deep curiosity about how to solve complex production challenges.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $65,000 - 80,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
