$90,710 - $122,726
You are a key resource responsible for supporting and delivering on a category management strategy and the lead resource for the procurement of unique and ad-hoc requirements. You analyze and deliver category management initiatives including strategic sourcing and contract negotiation. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and/or support RFx events within your assigned category including developing RFxs as well as carrying out sourcing activities
- Complete research and analysis to support a category strategy that delivers savings and efficiencies for FCC
- Lead and deliver on category management initiatives, including establishing necessary processes and procedures

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics/commerce, supply chain management or other related field
- 5-8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of procurement standards and practices including, strategic sourcing, contract management and vendor management
- Must be working towards or have already completed an industry recognized procurement or supply chain management certification
