Job Description:
Are you ready to take your first step into the world of procurement at a global company? As part of Pernod Ricard Türkiye’s Shake Your Future MT Program, you will gain hands-on experience in purchasing operations while working closely with global and local teams. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- Work in alignment with Global and Local teams in Purchasing processes
- Monitor and coordinate ERP system requirements
- Track and report operational procurement processes
- Fulfill purchasing requests from HR, Business Development, and Marketing departments
- Follow up on general orders and supplier contracts
- Support Masterdata processes for products and services
- Stay updated on innovations and developments in the field
- Provide operational support and reporting to the Purchasing department
Qualifications:
- Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, result-oriented, and strong time management skills
- Open to learning and development, eager to follow industry trends
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong ability to manage communication and coordination between suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to actively track and monitor the implementation of purchased products and services in the field
- No restrictions on domestic and international travel
- Fluent in English
Education:
- Senior student or recent graduate in Engineering, Industrial Design, Economics, or Business Administration
Experience:
- Preferably at least 6 months of internship or work experience in a purchasing department
- Basic understanding of organizational structure and responsibilities
