Job Description:
Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Applies research and principles of engineering to the planning, design, development, documentation, and testing/debugging of a variety of instruments, equipment, systems and/or software. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.
Job Requirements:
- Creation of technological procedures.
- Maintenance of assigned documentation.
- Ensuring activities arising from SJ SpofaDental a.s. and GMP principles
- Prepares basic production documentation according to GMP, such as SOP, PI, NO, and NCVZ, and other legislatively prescribed procedures.
- Conducts IQ, OQ, PQ validations.
- Trains operators, setters, and maintenance personnel in the assigned production area.
- Creates basic documentation after approval of an exception or change process.
- Determines input raw materials for verifying work procedures.
- Monitors compliance with work instructions.
- Determines the next steps based on in-process control results.
- Introduces new technology into production.
- Establishes THN and time standards.
- Implements changes and innovations.
- Collaborates with other departments to solve problems(production, Quality, R&D).
- Coordinates tests/trials within the change process.
- Proposes ergonomic adjustments, improvements, and savings in production.
- Eliminates potential safety risks.
