- FE AOI yield improvement & sustaining
- FE AOI Manufacturing Value Added/MVA project (including Cost Saving, Capacity Improvement)
- Enhance AOI detectability as to reduce & stop escapee of FE reject
- FE AOI recipe optimization
- Attend & trouble shoot for FE AOI high rejection lot
- Attend & follow up on-hold lot.
- Conduct inline monitoring check item for recipe parameter/settings
- Ensure no compliance issue on FE AOI parameters/settings
- Cross training all tech for multi skill & then multi tasking to support different AOI platform, as well as LF 2D Code Marker, Package Marker with 4th Optic
Equipment Job
- Improve FE AOI machine's MTBA or OEE
- Immediate response & attend on the machine down or stoppage to avoid long downtime
- Work on improvement: reduction of machine stoppage & damaga strip
- 5S machine surrounding
- Ensure no compliance issue on equipment
- Follow up on line tech on shift & routine activity & BMC checking
- Train up tech for multi skill for different platform & also to cover other process/machine type such as LF 2D Code Marker & Pkg Marker.
