We are seeking a highly motivated leader who will make a difference if the life of others by improving the life of customers through the innovative products offered at Procter & Gamble. In this role you will provide Engineering leadership and support to Procter and Gamble (P&G) site via technical mastery and site-specific coaching. This role is key to keeping P&G as the top producer of consumer goods in the world. The successful individual will be flexible with their working capability to meet P&G expectations, lead various action plan focus items, and implement innovative programs.

Process Engineers are responsible for:

  • All results on their production line or processing area.  
  • Leading a team and developing systems to eliminate losses and create sustainable results.
  • Building long term capability in their area, systems, and technicians and implement daily systems that enable us to produce the highest quality products. 

You daily work could encompass any of the following:

Managing, coaching, and building capabilities in the line/processing area technicians Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating line losses and inefficiencies Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create the best solutions  Creating and improving standards and systems to help us achieve the performance targets for the production line or processing area. In this role you will build an engineering mastery.

This position is an entry level management role.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in and Engineering. We prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, though we may also consider other engineering.
  • Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time
  • Willing to relocate throughout the career
  • 0-3 years of experience
