  • Maintain Technical Excellence: Elevate our engineering standards and practices, with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code and systems. You will play a key role in setting and enforcing technical direction.
  • Solve Ambiguous Problems: Dive into undefined challenges, create clarity, and drive impactful solutions that align with our strategic objectives. You thrive on complexity and love turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Mentor and Influence: Provide hands-on guidance to engineers, conducting code and architecture reviews, and leading technical discussions. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • AI and Automation Integration: Utilize advanced tools and AI-driven technologies to automate workflows, optimize productivity, and drive innovation across engineering processes.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with expertise in system design, distributed systems, and building high-scale services.
  • Proven experience as a technical leader, driving projects from concept to completion and influencing engineering direction across teams.
  • A hands-on mindset: You're not just an architect; you're also a doer. You write and review code, and you're deeply involved in the technical implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with navigating ambiguity. You can quickly adapt to evolving technical and business landscapes and find the best path forward.
  • Experience in mentoring engineers and leading by example to elevate the skills of those around you.
  • Deep understanding of service-oriented architectures and experience managing complexity in large-scale systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for the engineering teams.
  • Advanced English communication skills, primarily for internal communication with our diverse, multinational team.
  • Advanced experience using AI and automation tools to streamline development and boost efficiency. We expect candidates to leverage these tools effectively to elevate their work and the team's productivity.
