Principal Associate, Project Management - Airport Lounge Team

As a Principal Associate, Project Manager you will:

  • Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company
  • Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.
  • Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
  • Conduct regular meetings with the project team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
  • Build and document program structure to scale project network
  • Develop and manage change management processes across network
  • Consolidate creative assets for network wide deployment
  • Work with vendors to identify economies of scale across the program
  • Develop roll out plans for day 2 lounge initiatives and activations
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
  • Manage relationships with third party operations partners to ensure desired intent is executed.
  • Own and update all master program documents for uniform network operations
  • Work closely with operating partners on contractual alignment for all programmatic changes
  • Demonstrate that they can improve processes and deliver well managed and scalable solutions and intent resulting in flawless and sustainable execution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Traveling up to 35%


Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience or hospitality industry experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 4+ years of Project Management experience
  • At least 1+ years experience achieving results with projects
