Pricing Coordinator

As a Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining product pricing data in alignment with the company’s pricing strategy. This role includes adding new items and updating existing product information within the Biceps system. Additionally, you will manage store and vendor data within the HQ system. This position also involves generating and distributing report files to support the monitoring of key departmental and company metrics.

Job Description

• Full Time, On-Site Role

• Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081

You will contribute by:

• Entering new items, cost adjustments, and retail updates into company systems.

• Implementing pricing strategies as directed by departmental management.

• Managing store-specific vendor information in the HQ system and reviewing retail pricing in competitive markets.

• Preparing reports on departmental pricing data to support company strategy improvements.

• Collaborating with internal departments, stores, and vendors to communicate pricing updates and related information.

• Completing additional duties and projects as assigned by departmental and company management.

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Basic math skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• General problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• 0-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role is required.

• 0-2 years of experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Environment:

• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
