Job Description
SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
The Portal Administrator collaborates with the Operations Manager, Senior Project Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Experts to support the administrative and operational processing of Client Portals across all regions at Envista Forensics. Serving as a central point of contact, the Portal Administrator is responsible for updating project data in the Client Portal databases and ensuring deadlines are met for both the team and clients.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all client portal updates are completed in a timely manner to meet compliance with client SLAs/Deadlines.
- Provide other data entry support, including but not limited to: matter conversions, matter maintenance, portal maintenance, etc.
- Maintain established relationships with current clients and consultants.
- Work closely with team members across Operations (Billing, Licensing, Equipment, etc.) as well as the organization to ensure top notch service for both internal and external clients.
- Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information, exercising sound judgment and discretion in any disclosure of information related to Envista Forensics and its endeavors.
- Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as applicable regulations and standards.
- Coordinate between clients and consultants, to ensure efficient cycle times and that vendor contracts are adhered to, including client and consultant follow-ups.
- Stay on top of office and company policies, procedures, and practices; participate in ongoing training and development assigned or approved to assure knowledge and skills remain current and comprehensive.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Experience:
- 1-2 years prior experience in business administrative and/or basic customer service experience in an office environment preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime as requested
- Demonstrates thorough skill set in a variety of office software, including Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (including but not necessarily limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
