Job Description
Purpose
We are looking for an agile and flexible person to join our existing Polarion support team. Polarion is an application which helps you do "Everything you need to achieve agility and have full control over your cyber-physical systems application lifecycle".
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will do an operation of linux and Windows Server 2019 systems (IIS, SQL Server)
- You will do PSA and related topics for several systems
- You will do Consulting for new projects for requirements engineering
- You will do 1st and 2nd level support for users
- Hardening the systems according to the regulations that arise from the PSA process catalog of measures
- Implementation of the PSA process for new Polarion releases
- Processing the PSA process using TASTE-OS
- Taking over operational tasks on RHEL 8 / migration to RHEL 9, installing kernel updates, among other things
- Administration and implementation of updates of an additional tool for quality assurance on Windows Server 2019.
- Polarion specific tasks
- Clarification of user error messages Siemens
- Clarification of user feature requests with Siemens
- Creation or adaptation of project templates and reports (macros and scripts in Apache Velocity using the documentation in JavaDoc Java APIs, representations in HTML and Highcharts)
- Exporting of templates
- Wiki pages (Polarion LiveReport Pages)
- Migration of basic documents (FAD, FS, DDRD, IT-LH, TS ...) Format adaptation, creation of import scripts, import of documents (Word/Excel) XML files for adapting the interfaces
- Initial support for projects
- Creation of users
- Creation of the project in Polarion using a template
- Creation and assignment of users
- Initial coaching of users at the project kickoff
- Testing and further development of the data model, reporting using Highcharts - Testing and further development of the export templates (compliance lists)
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Have master’s degree in Information technologies
- Have experience with ICT System (4 years) and PSA Process (3 years)
- Are advanced in SQL, Scripting (Bash,) Linux Operating System
- Have basic Cloud Knowledge (VMware)
- Are expert in Git, SVN
- Have experience with Ansible, Networking, Security, XML, JavaScript, Apache Velocity
- Have basic knowledge of requirements engineering and tenders and compliance lists
- Have experience in Agile Methodology & Scrum
- Speak English on Upper intermediate (B2) level or German
- Excel in communication skills
- Have analytical thinking
- Are team player
- Have presentation skills

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€ /brutto.
