As a PLM Technical Lead (or PLM Technical Product Owner), you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and management of Sanofi's PLM platform. You'll be part of the Industrial Affairs (IA) team, which bridges the gap between R&D and patient care, focusing on increasing manufacturing efficiency and accelerating product launches.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation strategy and manage technical and development activities related to the PLM platform.
- Serve as the application owner for associated engineering domain applications.
- Define the internal SW architecture of the 3DExperience platform modules, data model, and drive customization and interface creation.
- Collaborate with functional Product Owners and Digital SMEs to develop the Sanofi PLM backbone.
- Manage enhancement requests and relationships with both the integrator development team and the solution provider design authority team.
- Act as a hands-on leader within a mature Agile team to drive digital product alignment with the company's vision.
About you
- Experience: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to build and deliver software products, bridging technical and functional aspects.
- Soft and technical skills:
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid experience with 3DExperience platform configuration and customization, particularly Enovia-Delmia V6 integration.
- Familiarity with Agile and scrum frameworks.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and tools.
- Languages: English is mandatory.
