As a Planning and reporting Analyst, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to control sales and operating expenses. The team is heavily focused on transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.
Main responsibilities
- Perform daily sales gap analysis, identify major variances, analyze root causes, and initiate corrective actions in liaison with the country finance team.
- Upload actual data and allocations in TM1 based on country user requests, analyze results, ensure compliance, and lead corrective actions.
- Conduct consistency checks during monthly closing to ensure valid headcount functions, analyze headcount reporting, and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure personnel costs apply valid headcount functions, perform consistency checks within TM1 and across systems, and address inconsistencies.
- Run standard and ad-hoc reports, support forecast/budget preparation, and perform data quality checks, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Provide training and user support, document processes, manage user access, and communicate activities to stakeholders.
- Contribute to improvement projects, manage relationships with finance stakeholders, and support global/regional projects, acting as a change agent.
About youExperience:
- FP&A knowledge on Forecast / reporting processes is preferrable.
- Understanding the basic knowledge of controls, master data systems flows, controlling and processes.
Soft and technical skills:
- Knowledge of SAP, TM1 and other systems functional scope is favorable but not mandatory.
- Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements.
- A can-do attitude.
- Tenacity and energy in leading change.
- Ability to work out of comfort zone.
- Team spirit, active listening.
- Honed Interpersonal Skills – ability to network and communicate with various functions.
- Accountability and reliability.
- Ability to work remotely.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Engineering.
Languages:
- English.
