CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

Planning Excellence Team is a core foundation of the European Integrated Planning Team with the purpose of brining insight, intelligence, and best practice to key Supply Chain performance metrics. This is to enable process improvement, effective decision making and strategy direction, as well as supporting project delivery, including network re-design. Planning Analytics Assistant Manager must build the analytics capabilities to support planning teams to deliver -service/inventory/demand capabilities/obsoletes targets across Europe.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Insights & Analytics lead for European Integrated Planning Team Analytics supports planning programs e.g. superior availability, Demand planning capabilities. Production analytics, Inventory management and Category specific key performance indicator.

  • Support delivery of cash, cost and service targets for European Business Units through continued delivery of plan reporting, analytics and insights

  • Create, implement & maintain tools, processes, and procedures to support intelligence requirements aligned with the business needs and improvement opportunities.

  • Leveraging Technology and digital solutions to drive exception-based planning approach Central reference point for insights and expertise in systems-based intelligence, reporting and rolling out planning driven process improvements

  •  Seamless delivery all results, score card and data publications with agreed frequencies and timings

  • Support SC improvements, by providing intelligence, reporting and planning expertise in all areas of planning on key processes like RCCP, S&OP lead communication of EU Business Units results, KPI’s/PI’s, and forecasts Deep Dive support, for loss investigation and root cause analysis. Apply a structured approach to analyse the dynamics of a problem and recommend solutions.

  • Collaboration with all EU Planning Teams, Logistic, Finance, PACE, UniOps

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology.

  • Strong experience in Demand/Supply Planning.

  • Experience working with Power BI DAX and Data Lake is preferred.

  • Experience in SAP APO, SAP ECC, Kinaxis Rapid Response and APICS certification is a plus.

  • Experience in developing, and leading training programs with a sharp focus on stakeholders.
