Typical Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing by providing technical expertise in photolithography processes
• Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
• Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programs
• Troubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvement
• Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
• Qualifying new equipment and new processes
• Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related field of study.
• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in photolithography, with preference for ASML PAS 5500 i-line stepper/DUV scanner, Nikon SF-series i-line stepper, Ultratech stepper and metrology
• Good understanding of photolithography theory and process knowledge
• Able to work on-site in cleanroom

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of ownership
• Flexibility to learn new systems, platforms and processes
• Able to adapt to frequently changing environment
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operation
• Strong knowledge and past ownership of photolithography exposure tool is desired
• Past experience of people management is highly preferred
