Performance Operations Manager

The opportunity
Unity is looking for a Performance Operations Manager to join the Aura Technical/Product Operations Team. We are looking for someone with great technical skills and passion for innovation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the biggest Telecom operators and OEMs in the world as well as bring a meaningful impact to the Aura services and products!

What you'll be doing

• Own the technical implementation and configuration of all the Aura products and features
• Run daily performance monitoring, looking at the numbers making sure everything behaves as expected
• Leading technical internal processes such as new version deployments, follow up on production issues and new features enablement
• Working closely with R&D, Product Teams, and Account Management

• Problem solving approach with ability to work well under pressure
• Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and application flows as well as deep dive into sophisticated problems and find their root cause
• Strong analytical skills

• Experience with SQL
• Great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Android ecosystem
