About the Role:
The People Operations Coordinator is responsible for the data integrity of all information housed in the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other HR systems as assigned through accurate data entry, auditing, and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to multiple People teams such as People Business Partners, People Systems and Analytics, and Benefits and Wellness.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all People Operations duties in the U.K., Ireland, and Finland while also providing cross-coverage support to all other geographies as needed.
- Own all People Operations onboarding tasks which include communicating with new hires, processing onboards in HCM, ensuring documented processes are up-to-date, working with cross-functional partners to enhance employee onboarding experience, and making recommendations for improvements
- Maintain integrity of company HCM through accurate and timely data processing
- Conduct regular audits of employee data adhering to or establishing SOPs as needed
- Partner with global People Operations team members to ensure global alignment and consistency; highlight areas where local variation is needed and outline differences in process
- Provide tier 1 People Team support such as answering employee questions, HCM user support, complaint/employee relations intake, verifications of employment, etc.
- In partnership with People Systems & Analytics team, utilize HCM to make People Operations process more efficient, secure, and self-service oriented
- Ensure protection and security of all confidential information through proper controls and discretion
- Document processes and procedures, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with compliance reporting and audits such as benefit reporting, government filings, and ad hoc reporting requests
- Maintain employee files ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance; assist in creation of document retention policies and best practices
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of HR administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- A strong problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges, able to work independently
- Eager to learn and develop professionally, with a passion for the People function
- Experience with HCMs (Workday is a strong plus!)
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (experience with filters, vLookup, formulas, etc. is a plus!)
- International experience/exposure a plus but not required; preferably HR experience in U.K., Ireland, and/or Finland
