Job Description:

Broadcom Payroll is seeking to fill a full time exempt position to support the US and international payroll team.  Responsibilities include, and are not limited to, all aspects of payroll administration, journal entries, account reconciliation and auditing. Communication skills are required to manage customer service and interact with global business partners.

The following skills are desired:

  • Payroll process experience, corporate finance, Reporting skills, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, confidentiality, time management, and data management accuracy.

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.  

  • IT skills are a plus to support Workday time tracking and leave configuration.

  • Bachelor degree with emphasis in accounting desired.

  • 8+ years related work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $113,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
