About the Role


The Partnership Development Representative (PDR) is a key driver of Filevine’s strategic partnerships motion, contributing directly to the company’s growth. This role is ideal for a creative executor who thrives on developing and acquiring new partnerships, optimizing referral processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize partner-driven revenue.


As a PDR, you will work closely with partnership managers, reseller channel managers, and account executives—who juggle multiple priorities—to act as a true partner and team player. Your role requires a mix of sales rigor, creativity, and relationship management skills to drive partnership success.

Key Responsibilities - Referral Development

  • Shepherd inbound referrals from partnership managers to AEs, ensuring meetings are booked and deals move efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Act as the liaison between partners and AEs to optimize referral conversions. Track and report on referral performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with partner-sourced prospect lists to develop outreach efforts with the goal of generating new business and upsell opportunities 
  • Maintain organization and communication across teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven deals.
  • On occasion, attend partner-events (with an AE or partner channel manager) with the goal of fostering greater partner relationships and sourcing referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities - Outbound Prospecting & Partner Acquisition

  • Proactively identify and recruit new referral partners, event sponsors, and reseller partners through outbound efforts.
  • Leverage various approaches to engage potential partners via email, calls, social media, and events.
  • Develop compelling outreach messaging and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, or a customer facing role (preferably in tech or SaaS).Strong outbound prospecting and business development experience preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams (Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track partnerships and referrals.
  • Self-starter and proactive (action-oriented) mentality with a track record of executing on growth initiatives.
