What is our proposal?
We’re actively seeking a Partner Success Analyst to continuously deliver value to our Travel Partners in our different destinations. An ideal candidate is highly strategic, ambitious, customer & detail oriented, and able to effectively influence both within the organization and with our external partners.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Support the team in building trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our Travel Partner organizations to maximize back office platform usage.
- Identify the key platform developments according to the Partner’s feedback, and support on their prioritization.
- Create and update trainings, tutorials and documentation for our Travel Partners.
- Find new competitive & growth opportunities.
- Diligently participate in and perform continuous ad-hoc sessions, trainings and tasks as required by our Travel Partners. By having a comprehensive understanding of Partners’ operational challenges, you will increase their engagement by supporting them with solutions.
- Drive escalation of Travel Partner issues, coordinate key resources in the process, and assist with client issues through resolution.
- Work closely with the Travel Operations & Travel Product teams to guarantee the best and most efficient service to our Partners.
- Propose and design new processes in order to standardize and consistently improve our service level.
- Build KPIs and run analysis to track quality and performance.
- Experience in the tourism sector or managing relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in a travel SaaS is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
