To serve as the Pillar Head for Agent Development under Pru Expert Academy (PEA) that take cares on the Training and development of agencies.
1) To serve as the Pillar Head for Agent Development under Pru Expert Academy (PEA) that take cares on the Training and development of agencies. Job scope include to review the performance of agents, set objectives for staffs and training programs, supervise on the training operation and trainer scheduling; and evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs under the Agent Pillar.
2) To be in-charge and accountable on the training outcome/ performances of agents under the below sections:
• New Agent Training Section: New Agent and Schemed Agents
• Wealth Planner Section: Certified Wealth Planner and MDRT Agents
• Product & Technical Section: Health business and all products training
3) Internally to lead, coach and mentor staffs to elevate their training capability; and externally to collaborate, take charge and manage all stakeholders to deliver expectations.
4) To participate and contribute in all relevant projects pertaining to the PEA and the development of Agents.
