As the Paid Social Associate you will own the following responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Management: Support and execute paid social campaigns, contributing to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management under limited supervision.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Assist in campaign setup tasks involving target development, creative testing, and contribute to bid and budget management.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Apply reporting, analytics, and trend tools to generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, guided by experience.

  • Collaboration:  Actively seek opportunities for basic process improvements contributing positively to team efficiency.

  • Client Communication: Aid Account Managers in overseeing client interactions and task execution for seamless workflow management.

Professional Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience in Paid Social or relevant roles, demonstrating a deeper understanding of campaign execution and optimization.

  • Familiarity with buying paid ads on Meta

  • Preferred: experience buying paid ads on TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or X

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for interpreting and analyzing campaign performance data, including the creation and manipulation of pivot tables.

  • Keen attention to detail in campaign setup, keyword research, and ad copy creation.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

  • Proficient in analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
