We are seeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Associate to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS marketing, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other performance marketing channels. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in data analysis, campaign management, and strategic optimization to drive growth and ROI.

This role is full-time, Ahmedabad Gujarat India.

What you will do

  • Diverse Exposure: As a Paid Marketing Associate, you will manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, gaining hands-on experience with all aspects of paid advertising.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and reports to improve results.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to execute and launch marketing campaigns.
  • A/B Testing:You’ll analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and utilize insights to continuously optimize and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively to drive performance, with a focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Training: Gain access to in-depth training on marketing platforms, tools (GA4, GTM, etc.), and industry best practices to ensure your success.

What are you like

  • A strong passion for digital marketing, particularly paid advertising in SaaS and the tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally for SaaS products.
  • Experience with tools such as Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs for A/B testing and competitive analysis is a plus, but not mandatory.
