Job Description
Job summary
Control quality of product by inspecting, collecting technical information, making work instruction, checklist for inspection, measurement, assure product meet requirement. Record inspection results, summary and analyze data.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Create “Quality control plan” and check sheet for each project.
• Collect & get all technical information: DFM, drawing, assembly SOP, customer’s requirement/specification.
• Inspect and record result to check sheet, form.
• Summary, analysis & report for inspection & testing results.
• Do visual check how to do packing of finished machine (by Averna
or Third party) & spare part list (shipping list) including& take pictures.
• Make work instruction (WI), guide how to use measuring equipment.
• Keep in-process inspection data & all non-conforming (issue) into the tracking file/log
• Update the list of documents and internal records (measurement result, internal calibration data).
• Review/update the special requirements in the drawings of materials, assembly on the checklist.
• Use measuring equipment: CMM, Microscope, Oscilloscope, Caliper, Multimeter, and other inspection tool/equipment.
• Other assignment as assign from QA Leader/Manager.
• Manage the OHSMS ISO 45001
Qualifications

1. Education
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronic or Automation
2. Experience
- Over 02 years of work experience in at Manufacturing MNC .
3. Knowledge & Skills
• Skill
- Good communication, problem solving & teamwork
- Technical drawing reading.
- Ability to use MS office, engineering software (auto CAD, Solid work)
- Ability to make reports, presentations.
• Knowledge
- Have knowledge, ability using measurement equipment/tool
- Have knowledge about ISO9001, and quality tools.
