What this Job Entails:
At this level, individuals are more seasoned experts in organizational learning, development and change management. They lead the development and execution of learning, development, and change management plans for significant projects, focusing on driving faster employee adoption and ensuring long-term change sustainability. They also play a crucial role in building the organization's learning, development and change management capabilities and may mentor junior team members. Furthermore, they take a more active role in designing and delivering advanced training programs, incorporating adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies in tandem with Change Management tools and approaches.
Create real world, relevant training scenarios based on knowledge and experience absorbed over time and selects and provides appropriate change management tools to support adoption
Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their speciality
Works on problems of a diverse scope
Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments
Leads course development efforts, including research and content review, providing subject matter expertise to technical and other audiences of various experience levels under supervision
Lead delivery of classroom and virtual training sessions for audiences, globally
Drive course development (including creation, testing and review) efforts, providing expertise and leading content review
Lead the collection and analysis of business readiness and success metrics, including survey development and administration
Support development and change management activities and tactics that engage leaders and stakeholders on effective change adoption and to mitigate change barriers and resistance
Lead creation and maintenance of teaching material, lab exercises, curricula and change management tools
Assist in or lead delivering certification courses and advanced workshops
Apply structured change management tools and approaches to develop learning, development and change management plans
Produce manage, and maintain training, learning, change management, or other plans to support organizational development
Support delivery of training sessions, workshops, and Change Management efforts
Deliver certification courses, advanced workshops, and webinars
Support change sustainability and business transition activities
Provide buildout, system administration, and technical upkeep of the learning, development and change management systems and tools
Adapt to new projects and stakeholders when the subject matter is unfamiliar
Participate in defining and structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development
Mentors and supports the development of junior members of the team
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Experience working with virtual classroom training tools
Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and clearly communicate these technical concepts in live presentations

Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience applying learning, development, and change management principles, methodologies and tools to deliver on priorities' and projects' desired business outcomes
Experience clearly communicating complex concepts in a simple manner
Experience communicating verbally and in writing with senior management on status of initiatives
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated history of delivering quality on time
Experience handling multiple tasks
Experience working under time constraints in support of various initiatives
Business applications knowledge including MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Google -Suite Doc, Sheets, Slides
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Corporate Communications, or Change Management
Proven experience in a dedicated training, learning, development or change management role
Change Management certification or designation
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Experienced in team collaboration and file-sharing applications
ITSM industry experience
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience with project and work management software including Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc)
