We are looking for a strategic and creative Organic Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our organic social media strategy, driving engagement, brand visibility, and audience growth.

Sitting within the Brand Marketing team, you will define and execute social content strategies, manage influencer and creator partnerships, and oversee platform performance. You’ll collaborate with Brand Strategy, Campaign & Content Strategy, PR, Curated Merchandising, and Category Management teams to ensure social content supports brand storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and product visibility. Additionally, you’ll manage external agencies and partners to enhance content production and execution.

What You'll DoSocial Strategy & Content Leadership

  • Develop and implement a data-driven organic social media strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Define and oversee the social content strategy, setting content pillars and themes to engage target audiences.
  • Lead the development of social-first creative concepts, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviours, and emerging formats, ensuring best practices inform content planning.
  • Ensure organic social aligns with broader brand, promotional, and campaign initiatives.

Content Creation & Platform Management

  • Own the social content calendar, ensuring strategic, timely content aligned with key business moments.
  • Oversee end-to-end content creation, from ideation and briefing to execution, publishing, and optimisation.
  • Drive innovation in content formats, leveraging video, interactive elements, and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Manage external agencies and production partners, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Implement SEO and metadata best practices to optimise content visibility and impact.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Develop and manage an influencer marketing strategy that complements organic social efforts.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and creators to enhance brand credibility and reach.
  • Oversee campaign execution, including outreach, negotiation, content approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Leverage UGC and influencer-driven content to strengthen brand storytelling.
  • Manage product seeding and gifting strategies to encourage organic advocacy.

Agency & External Partner Management

  • Oversee relationships with social agencies, content creators, and production partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage agency-led social activations and content production, aligning with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Evaluate agency performance and ROI, optimising external partnerships for efficiency and impact.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Define and track key performance metrics, ensuring social content drives engagement, reach, and traffic.
  • Analyse data and insights to refine content strategies, optimising formats, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and social listening, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide regular performance reporting, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a creative, high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with Brand Strategy, Campaign & Content Strategy, PR, and Category Management to ensure alignment across marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to align organic and paid social strategies.
  • Develop and enforce social media governance and best practices, maintaining brand integrity.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or influencer marketing within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact social content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships, content production, and agency relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in social media analytics, performance tracking, and insights generation.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and creative briefing skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, CreatorIQ); basic knowledge of design or video editing software is a plus.
