Operations Support Representative

OneMain Financial is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill an open Operations Support Representative Intermediate role in our London, KY Service Center. This position will provide administrative support including email correspondence, ticket processing and account maintenance for our customers. The Representative will work to ensure timely completion of customer requests while striving for a high degree of accuracy working across multiple system/platforms.

In the Role

• Manage incoming/outgoing physical mail, DQM, OneExchange, document scans, and multiple customer service email boxes.
• Review and decision accounts adhering to published procedures.
• Reviewing and processing accounts for special handling (i.e. POA, C&D, and written third party authorizations, etc.)
• Communicate with multiple departments and branch offices on various account related topics.
• Ensuring compliance, operational risk controls are in accordance with regulatory standards, and company policy.
• Completing Ad-Hoc reviews as assigned by management.
• Ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record daily productivity.
• Maintaining a positive workplace environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Operational Support/Customer Service experience
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines, while supporting the achievement of both individual and team level goals.
• Adaptability to an ever-changing work environment.
• Organizational Skills
