We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our home & bath remodeling projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing financials, project timelines, and team coordination, all while helping us grow and innovate in the luxury remodeling industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee job costing, budgeting, invoicing, and payments (including subcontractor/vendor costs, payroll, and permit fees) using QuickBooks to keep our operations financially smooth.
- Project Coordination: Manage scheduling, material orders, and timelines for each project. Use tools like One Click Contractor and Buildertrend to ensure everything runs on track. Ensure business compliance with all state licensing and taxes
- Customer Experience: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining detailed records and ensuring each project exceeds expectations from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Assist in hiring and onboarding employees and contractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping and project management within home improvement or remodeling.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bonus: Experience with CAD, 3-D renderings, or construction design.
