You will

Manage daily autonomous GSE deployment operations at ATL, including setting schedules and ensuring efficient operations.

Support the engineering team by ensuring the availability and timely provision of essential resources such as safety drivers, vehicles, and airside access.

Oversee the process of airside badging and vehicle permits, conducting meticulous follow-ups to ensure adherence to airport regulations.

Supervise a team of Autonomous GSE Operators, ensuring safe driving operations comply with AeroVect’s safety driving protocols.

Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues, identifying challenges, and coordinating efforts for swift mitigation. Proactively communicate with AeroVect leadership.

Monitor and conduct data analysis on key deployment metrics to drive operational improvements.

Deliver comprehensive reports on deployment progress, operational issues, resolutions, and performance for AeroVect leadership.
You have
-
Proven experience leading operations teams in high-stakes safety-critical environments (e.g., aviation, manufacturing, emergency response, logistics, etc.), ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Exceptional attention to detail – must be able to track and manage deployment operations, identify discrepancies, and closely monitor project status.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage a range of tasks and responsibilities.

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a balance of professionalism and friendliness.

Must possess a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Experience deploying industrial robotics or complex engineering products.

Knowledge of airport safety protocols and regulations.

Background in ground handling operations at a U.S. airport.
