At Mondu we are moving fast in terms of building new products and processes. Also, we continually challenge our processes and improve them on an ongoing basis. For this, we are committed to a data-driven approach and rely on analytical insights. This role focuses on our core business processes in Operations. This includes reconciliation processes, customer support, and other Finance-related activities. Exemplary projects are setting up dashboards in the Customer Support area or the calculation of AP KPIs.

🚧 What you’ll do

Your role is about improving our Operations processes on an ongoing basis. For this purpose, you’ll have to gain a good understanding of the business processes we run, define relevant KPIs that allow us to understand the efficiency of them and derive actionable conclusions. The job will require that you are able to connect different data sources, set up dashboards with relevant views, and analytically interpret the analyses.

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows using SQL / Python to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Develop and present process improvement plans to senior management.
  • Monitor the implementation of new processes and make or propose adjustments as needed.
  • Train staff on new processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process changes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
Requirements

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in using SQL or Python to analyze and/or automate processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
  • Strong project management skills.

It would be a plus if you also have:

  • Previous experience working on an operational role.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
