As an Operations Excellence Lead, this role focuses on driving continuous improvement and process optimization through project management, cross-functional collaboration, and lean methodologies.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

• Leading site and regional projects, including CAPEX investments.

• Aligning with Continuous Improvement (CI) ambassadors to meet organizational goals.

• Identifying efficiency opportunities and leading process improvement initiatives.

• Providing training, coaching, and guidance on lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.

• Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate process effectiveness and suggest improvements.

• Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.

• Facilitating knowledge-sharing among global teams to promote best practices.

The role will be based in Sharjah(UAE) and will report into Head- Operational Excellence.

Furthermore, we expect that you have

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering is preferable)

• Experience working in a global or multinational organization

• Relevant industry experience in manufacturing

• Proficiency in English language

• Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement skills

• Previous leadership and change management experiences are desired

• Leadership (Influence) and effective communication and resilience
