Scope of work
- Support Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) manager
- Collect the reference data by customer’s site and update the monthly performance.
- Data cleaning to filtering the data, check missing customer’s data and preparing dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Analyzes problems and determines root causes, and Improve existing report system
- To provide actionable insights to support manager make informed decisions.
- To present explanation charts and other tools to visualize performance data and trends
- Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems
- Work closely with all service team and supports for develop team environmental aspect Perform other duties as assigned

- Understanding of LTSA contract Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques
